Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:
- In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging with all protective coverings
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards for wedding celebrations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or monogrammed bridal robes & pajamas
- Custom-sized bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen suits
- Opened packages of dog bow ties and accessories
- Jewelry items for hygiene reasons
Simple Returns Process
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Submit Request: Email our bridal concierge at [email protected] with your request within 15 days of delivery
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Carefully: Securely repackage items with original tags and packaging
- Ship Back: Send to our Kansas City boutique using a trackable shipping method
- Confirmation: We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return
Return Shipping
For domestic U.S. returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using insured shipping with tracking
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For international returns:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and approve your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received. You’ll be responsible for any price differences.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if applicable
